The organizers of Vision Expo, The Vision Council and RX, today announce that the Career Zone-Student Lounge will return to Vision Expo East 2022 on Saturday, April 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. Located in Booth #P1265 in The Park, the Career Zone-Student Lounge will serve as a central hub for students and young professionals to network with participating companies, all of which are actively recruiting and seeking new talent. Vision Expo East 2022 will offer students exclusive registration benefits including free Exhibit Hall admission and unlimited access to education.

Vision Expo East 2022 will take place at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City from March 31–April 3, 2022. The Show’s educational program, together with OptiCon®@Vision Expo, will open Thursday, March 31 and the Exhibit Hall will open Friday, April 1. To register, click here.

The Passport Program, which encourages students and young professionals to network with exhibitors in the Career Zone throughout the day, will also return to Vision Expo East. Passports will be available for students to pick up in the Career Zone. Students are then encouraged to meet with each vendor listed on their passport. Participants who meet and receive a signature from each vendor listed on their passport will be eligible for a chance to win prizes.

Health and Safety

Vision Expo’s comprehensive set of health and safety guidelines, policies and resources designed to support a safe experience, known as VisionSAFE, have been updated in accordance with New York State and New York City public health requirements as well as the guidelines set in place by the Jacob Javits Center, including vaccine requirements, mask coverings and more. VisionSAFE includes details on all health and safety protocols that will be in place onsite; specific guidelines for exhibitors; travel tips and resources; and frequently asked questions.
