Following the Company’s previous communications, Safilo confirms that  this morning the minutes of the agreement for the future of Longarone plant were signed at the offices of  Regione Veneto.  

Thanks to the involvement of the social parties, Regione Veneto and all institutions, the agreement includes  the relocation of all employees to Thelios and Innovatek, both companies operating in the eyewear sector. The Group will now proceed, together with all the involved parties, with the management of the final stages  for the completion of the deal.
