Google reviews help your business build authority on SERPs (search engine result page), and it will help build more trust in your practice. A BrightLocal study from 2022 states that 87% of consumers read online reviews for local businesses.


THE HOW: Send a follow-up email asking a patient to leave a Google review and add a link to your Google Business Profile. You can also leave QR codes around your office to encourage people to leave reviews.
