AthenaVision 2025, the international optometric meeting held in Athens, Greece, concluded on May 11th 2025, leaving a resounding echo of collaboration, innovation, and passionate dedication to advancing behavioral vision care worldwide. The event, hosted by Optometria.gr and held at Eleon Loft, brought together optometrists, vision therapists and industry leaders from 16 countries for an unforgettable experience of knowledge exchange, networking, and celebration.

Building upon “Ancient wisdom, modern vision”, AthenaVision 2025 was more than just a conference; it was a vibrant celebration of the optometric profession and its global community. Attendees immersed themselves in world-renowned keynote speakers, inspiring lectures, and countless opportunities to connect with colleagues from around the world.

Global Attendance: Professionals from 16 countries converged in Athens to share knowledge and build lasting relationships.

Inspirational Speakers: World-class lecturers, Paul Harris, Rob Lewis, Angela Peddle, Pilar Vergara, Caroline Hurst, Elin Hansson, Stelios Nikolakakis and Vassilis Kokotas delivered inspiring presentations and insights on vision therapy, amblyopia, artificial intelligence and other topics in behavioral optometry.
