1. Create fun energy and add a touch of Valentine’s Day to the office by decorating common areas with themed colours, balloons, or small decorations.
2. Make them feel appreciated by handing out small, thoughtful gifts to employees, personalized notes, candies, or small treats.
3. If you can, try and let your team leave a bit early. If that’s not possible, bring in lunch for them.
