With winter finally behind us, OTP launches five new models to help brighten our springtime mood. The new collection includes both chunky acetates and light-weight metals, perfectly capturing the juxtaposition of today eyewear trends. Key eyeshapes include retro-inspired squares, modified rounds and the uber-cool navigator in colours ranging from elevated neutrals to molted torts.
Chunky acetates continue to trend, and OTP adds three new styles to its biodegradable acetate offering. OTP-165 is a 70’s inspired squared cat-eye with a drop bridge, thick temples and a five-barrel hinge. Colours include a deeply saturated teal, molted rose tort, and shimmery translucent grey. Designed for the petite consumer, OTP-165 is available in size 48-21-140. OTP-167 is a classic square that has universal appeal. Subtle beveling around the eye rim softens the chunky profile, adding depth and dimension to the front. Thick temples, anchored with a 5-barrel hinge, gives the design a timeless look. Available in Matte Black, Blue and Grey Honey Havana. OTP-168 with its modified round eyeshape, keyhole bridge and decorative rivets has vintage vibes written all over it. Even its colorways of Pine, Grey Smoke, Whiskey take us back in time. Spring hinge temples add extra comfort and fit.
With influencers all over barely-there metals, OTP adds two new models to its stainless steel assortment. OTP-164 is a flat top round with an ultra-thin front profile that transitions beautifully to a slightly heavier two-tone side view. A sculpted endpiece and thin temples keep the overall design clean and light. Inspired by nature’s spring palette, colorways include Black Copper, Lilac Rose, and Juniper Gold. With navigators all the rage, OTP-166 takes this trend and turns up the volume. The classic shape is elevated with angular cuts, while the two-tone front and temple detailing is subtle yet eye-catching. Available in Black Gold, Fig Gold, and Lavender Rose.
