Vision-Ease has appointed Kevin McMenimen as chief financial officer to oversee comprehensive global financial strategies for the company.

“Kevin’s track record of success in managing long-term financial strategies and building cohesive teams will be indispensable as Vision-Ease continues to grow its worldwide presence,” said CEO John Weber.

McMenimen joins the company after four years at private-label snack foods leader Flagstone Foods, where he most recently served as the company’s CFO. He guided Flagstone through the successful integration of two companies, significant growth and the sale of Flagstone Foods to TreeHouse Foods in 2014. Among other roles, he also spent time as vice-president of finance at Michael Foods, and served as operations business manager and controller at Pillsbury.

“I look forward to working alongside Vision-Ease’s leadership in establishing long-term investments, as the company expands its presence in optical markets,” McMenimen said.

McMenimen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He has served in the United States Air Force.
