Safilo, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of eyewear, appoints Victoria Hallberg as Safilo North America’s Chief Marketing Officer, a newly created position, effective January 2, 2019. Victoria will also serve on Safilo Group’s Extended Global Leadership Team.
In Victoria’s new role, she will oversee brand management, trade marketing and public relations. A seasoned senior executive, Hallberg joins Safilo with 30 years of eyewear industry experience in the areas of sales, retail and marketing. Prior to serving in a consultancy role for Safilo, Victoria held various leadership positions with increasing responsibilities within Marchon, where she most recently served as Vice President of Brand Sales and Strategic Accounts, and, at VSP Global, where she was Chief Merchant and Vice President of Retail Relations.
