A new consumer survey conducted by Transitions Optical, Inc. explored consumer expectations of eyecare professionals during office visits, and differences in perceptions between Transitions® lens wearers and non-wearers.

The survey of 1,000 Canadians showed that while consumers are generally satisfied with their eyecare professionals and their eyewear buying experience, their satisfaction isn’t meeting their full expectations, especially in areas of lens education and frame selection. The research also showed that while Transitions lens wearers tend to be more satisfied and loyal than non-wearers, there is still a need to further reinforce the brand with current Transitions lens wearers.
