The Rainey Group will unveil Femie Eyewear, its special collection of form-fitting glasses for women at the International Vision Expo East March 26-28 in New York. The trade show, held in the world’s fashion capital, is an appropriate location to debut the brand, which incorporates style and comfort for women with large heads who have difficulty achieving a perfect fit with other eyewear companies.
Specially created by an optometrist to complement a woman’s natural facial features, Femie eyeglasses frame the individual’s eyes, nose and cheekbones to provide a specialty fit for each customer at a smart price.
“Women have been demanding frames that enhance larger natural facial features and the Femie Eyewear Collection has answered them with quality eyewear for the confident woman who likes to feel glamorous,” Dr. Rainey says of her eyewear line.
As an exhibitor at International Vision Expo East, she will join more than 30,000 eye care professionals from around the world. The booth is expected to attract a large share of attention because of its founder’s own vision for her company. Dr. Rainey is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry and a licensed optometrist in Maryland. While working as an optometrist in an optometry office in Maryland, the doctor began to perceive a need for the brand from her discussions with female patients.
“We are filling a need in the market and expect pent-up demand from customers,” Dr. Rainey says. “We like to say ‘the best way to see…and be seen is sporting a custom pair of eyeglasses from Femie.’ We’re providing fashionable and fabulously fitting eyewear for women.”
After her extensive education and experience in optometry, Rainey has become an entrepreneur, developing the Femie Collection of glasses that are sophisticated, comfortable, durable and affordable.
The lustrous frames come in a variety of colors and textures, including Italian acetate and python skin. Femie glasses are comfortable and the nosepads are adjustable to reduce slippage. The optometrist-created Femie frames are based on the distance between both pupils to accommodate women with unique facial structures and the frame arms bow at the temple for additional comfort.
Created by a woman for women, Femie may become the wearer’s most important form-fitting accessory. Visit the website for more information regarding styles and colors at Femieeyewear.com.
While attending the International Vision Expo East, Dr. Rainey will also be networking with retailers who are interested in carrying Femie eyewear for their clients. For more information, visit the Rainey Group Inc. at booth 5559 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
