MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – Ogi Eyewear is pleased to announce Glenn Sherling as Senior Director of Operations. He joins the company in a new position in which he will be responsible for driving growth and the development of innovative business building strategies through energetic leadership and the consistent delivery of effective organizational solutions. Sherling will oversee and lead operations for this fast growing Eyewear Company. “As Senior Director of Operations, Glenn Sherling will organize the structure of the company as we prepare for our next big phase of growth. We are very excited to have him on board,” says Joe Tallier. Glenn Sherling started at Ogi Eyewear during an exponential growth period for the organization. With Sherling’s natural knack for strategic leadership and unique breadth of business development, he is fully equipped to lead in operations management. Sherling’s background includes a wide range of business experience in management, marketing and leadership positions with a strong record of project management. He specializes in creating positive change and building high performance teams. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Marketing at AllOver Media, a pioneer in the outdoor media category. Sherling has also led and opened a new Twin Cities office for MARS Advertising, one of the leaders in retail marketing. Previously, Sherling has excelled in leadership roles at major companies, including BBDO and Campbell Mithun Advertising, where he helped to drive growth through the development of effective management practices. Sherling is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota with a double major in Finance and Marketing. Through the recent addition of Glenn Sherling, Ogi Eyewear is strategically headed into 2015 for organizational growth.
