Attendees will have a free opportunity to engage and discuss relevant topics in a non-traditional, dynamic learning format with pop-up talks occurring at International Vision Expo – to be held in Las Vegas this September at the Sands Expo & Convention Center (Education: Sept. 14-17, 2016; Exhibition: Sept. 15-17, 2016).

“This innovative pop-up talk series will encompass many of the top reasons for attending Vision Expo West,” said Tom Loughran, industry vice president, Reed Exhibitions. “These include receiving a world-class education, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, and learning how to build a successful practice and career.

Lounges will host talks on various topics, from eyewear trends to information specifically for young professionals. The goal of these pop-up talks is to provide attendees with engaging and valuable experiences right on the show floor – all with the opportunity to network, interact and ask questions.

“We’re hearing that our attendees want more opportunities at Vision Expo for quick, casual engagement where they can get great ideas from peers and network,” said Ashley Mills, vice president, Trade Shows and Meetings, The Vision Council. “Fun and fast with free drinks, these value added sessions will be popping up all over the show floor.”
