The first Ermenegildo Zegna Eyewear collection, produced and distributed worldwide by Marcolin Group, was presented on a worldwide exclusive basis in Milan on Wednesday 10th December 2014.
Excellence, Made in Italy, craftsmanship, high quality and attention to detail are the features in common to both companies: Ermenegildo Zegna, leader in luxury men’s clothing, and Marcolin, leading company in the field of eyewear.
The two companies’ CEOs, Gildo Zegna and Giovanni Zoppas, received 500 international selected guests in the exclusive location of the masculine luxury company’s headquarters based in Milan, opened in 2008 and projected by Antonio Citterio and Partners in collaboration with Studio Beretta.
Video projections illuminated the event, engaging the guests in an innovative sensory experience created by playing with lights and shadows, images and references to a sophisticated world in line with common values to both brands.
The mapping video defined the presentation course of the new Ermenegildo Zegna Eyewear collection, a line dedicated to a timeless elegant man, and Ermenegildo Zegna Couture that proposes the exclusive styles’ full expression of a refined and polished look.
The cocktail party was highlighted by the Dj Set of Brendan Fallis, known for livening up the most exclusive New York parties with his captivating sound and his unique style, which has appointed him as one of the top 10 most refined DJs in the world.
A lot of celebrities joined the event among them the Italian actor Adriano Giannini and the actress Carolina Crescentini.
