The appeal of transparent frames is crystal clear.

Just like a pair of blue jeans, white sneakers or a black dress, see-through frames can go with pretty much anything.

They also increase a person’s cool factor, while not obstructing any features of their face. In fact, many of these frames are nearly invisible from afar.

Transparent frames have been soaring in popularity lately, with many options on display at optical shows and frame boards in eyewear shops from coast to coast.

Styles for both men and women are available in the Canadian marketplace. There’s a clear style for just about every face shape, complexion and appearance.

For those who aren’t too fussy about going completely see-through, try a translucent frame with hints of pink or blue.
