The Centre for Ocular Research & Education (CORE) is conducting a survey of Canadian optometrists’ personal experience of myopia in practice and invite you to complete a short 5 minute survey in either French or English. For every response, $25 will be donated to Optometry Giving Sight up to a maximum of $2,500.
