ALPHAEON Corporation today announced its plan to acquire Integrity Digital Solutions LLC, for an undisclosed sum. The consummation of the acquisition is subject to requisite approval from both companies and the satisfactory completion of certain closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close on or before December 31, 2015.
