Mondottica, the worldwide eyewear company committed to bring beautiful branded eyewear to life, and Adlens, global leader in developing and commercialising variable focus eyewear, announce changes to their cooperation. Effective 1 February 2014, the joint venture between the two companies is being transitioned into a service agreement. Adlens will deal directly with European retail customers and Mondottica will provide operational support to Adlens, in addition to distributing Adlens’ products in select geographies.

All customers are being notified of these changes in person by the Adlens sales team, headed by Drew Oppermann, International Director of Sales. In the meantime, Mondottica staff are continuing to accept and process orders for Adlens products as before. In addition to the fulfilment of all current commitments, Adlens is joining Mondottica at MIDO (1-3 March in Milan, hall 13, booth K01 L02). Further joint projects are in development.
